ē-kī-āhkwatic ōtehimin – It was a frozen strawberry. This is a documentation of a moment in the life cycles of a strawberry. A record of the colour and shape of the leaves in the spring when the earth begins to thaw. These earrings become a wearable memory of a moment when I was reconnecting with the land through being present to the life surrounding me.
