Living in the north we are so blessed to see the open sky in all its glory from season to season. The breathtaking colors of the Northern lights dancing into the early morning hours, the multitude of shimmering or shooting stars on a dark clear night to the comets or asteroids plummeting at lightneing speed to the earths surface. Freefalling is an inspired piece of such galaxy intrigue. Freefalling came to life while exploring the acrylic pour process. To my delight I loved how the paint flowed and created the 3 dimensional effect as well as the colors blending beautifully to create the turbulent waters. I then added creative imagination to bring this beautiful bold piece to life. Gods beauty inspires me even when looking up.
