This is a piece I thought up while brushing my endlessly shedding ginger cat “Bobby” I wondered if I could needle felt with cat hair, if it would work and would I be able to do the details with sheep roving – Would the two work together? I began my experiment to find out that yes it did indeed work then I thought wouldn’t it be hilarious if I made a tiny replica of my cat with his own fur…. I was pleased with my result however I have to keep it up high on a shelf so he doesn’t eat it, He is oddly drawn to it much like the wool roving!
