Youth Dene drum handmade and painted Thunderbird design on it. It was created for my youngest child. His middle name is Nahteni which means Thunder is our language. In the design I also put a fish spirit inside the design on the wings the Thunderbird. It has a strong connection with the fish spirit, as do our people, as this is still our most precious resource.
