“Forest Bathing” is a print which appeared one day as I continued to experiment with using Linocut in a negative printed fashion over a mono-print. I was contemplating the trauma release therapy of forest bathing, or walking meditatively through woods and trees to calm the spirit and soothe the soul. This piece seemed to sing out hope, healing, and peace. I find that making these prints has given me those same feelings as I pursue a healing help for my family members.
