This kit solves that problem by moving the battery to a higher, protected, and more accessible location while accommodating a larger AGM battery for improved reliability. The powder-coated steel box mounts securely to the frame, clear of the drivetrain, and includes all hardware and instructions for a clean, bolt-on installation. Designed and tested by the Quad Logic engineering team, this relocation system provides a safer, more serviceable battery position that simplifies accessory wiring and routine maintenance. The included AGM battery offers strong cold-cranking performance and vibration resistance, ideal for both trail and utility use. The heavy-duty steel box mounts directly to factory locations—no drilling required—and keeps the battery away from the driveshaft and skid plate. A terminal block allows for organized accessory connections such as lights and winches. Kit includes a heavy-duty black powder-coated steel battery box, AGM battery, terminal block, mounting hardware, and installation instructions. Battery dimensions: minimum 5.25" W × 3" D × 5" H, maximum 7" W × 3.25" D × 7" H. Fits 2014–2020 Polaris Sportsman 450 and Sportsman 570 models (not compatible with X2 chassis).
